In this video we are going to talk about how to lose belly fat by doing some simple changesin your daily nutrition habits,lifestyle
So below are the points which we should follow in order to lose belly fat, stomach fat or abdominal fat
1.Caloric deficit: The thumb rule to lose fat around your belly,stomach or abdominal is to maintain a caloric deficit or in simple words eat less than what is your daily caloric requirement
2.Avoid Transfat: You should avoid trans fat at all cost like chips,fries they all contain trans fat
3.Avoid Sugar: Avoid processed sugar also even while taking natural sugars like honey stay concious of quantity
4.Avoid Processed carbs: Avoid processed carbs like burgers pizza almost entire junk food
5.Use Coconut oil: Coconut oil has it’s own benefits
6.Get enough sleep: Get sleep of at least 8 hours a day
7.Use Green tea: Get green tea in your daily diet to boost your metabolism
8.Avoid sugary drinks: Avoid all beverages which contains sugar like coke,pepsi
9.Reduce stress levels by doing meditation ,yoga
