This is an Indian diet plan for weight loss which is very cheap and easy to cook at home. It is a 1200 calories diet.I tried this diet on me and I lost about 10 kgs per month . This diet contains 100 g of protein and 90g of carbohydrates, 47g of fats which is perfect ratio for fat loss.
