Maja blanca is a Filipino dessert made primarily from coconut milk. Also known as coconut pudding, it is usually served during fiestas and during the holidays, especially Christmas.

425 GRAMS CREAMED SWEETCORN
390 GRAMS CONDENSED MILK
400 GRAMS EVAPORATED MILK
200 GRAMS CORN STARCH
300 GRAMS SUGAR
120 GRAMS CHEESE
400 ML WATER
800 ML COCONUT MILK

ON A LOW HEAT ADD TO THE PAN COCONUT MILK, EVAPORATED MILK, SUGAR, CORN, CONDENSED MILK AND STIR FOR 7 MINS.

NOW ADD THE CHEESE AND CORNSTARCH DILUTED WITH WATER COOK FOR 10 MINS.

TRANSFER TO A BOWL LET IT COOL THEN FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR.

TOP WITH GRATED CHEESE.
