425 GRAMS CREAMED SWEETCORN
390 GRAMS CONDENSED MILK
400 GRAMS EVAPORATED MILK
200 GRAMS CORN STARCH
300 GRAMS SUGAR
120 GRAMS CHEESE
400 ML WATER
800 ML COCONUT MILK
ON A LOW HEAT ADD TO THE PAN COCONUT MILK, EVAPORATED MILK, SUGAR, CORN, CONDENSED MILK AND STIR FOR 7 MINS.
NOW ADD THE CHEESE AND CORNSTARCH DILUTED WITH WATER COOK FOR 10 MINS.
TRANSFER TO A BOWL LET IT COOL THEN FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR.
TOP WITH GRATED CHEESE.
